Best Place to Work
eduthing
In 2025, we were proud to be recognised by BESA as a Best Place to Work, but we see this not as a finish line, rather a reflection of our ongoing commitment to building a positive, supportive and high-performing workplace.
Over the past year, we have continued to evolve our people strategy to support significant growth, welcoming 73 new colleagues, achieving 35 internal promotions and completing two acquisitions. Despite this, our voluntary staff turnover remains low at 10%, well below sector benchmarks, demonstrating the strength and stability of our culture.
Our approach is guided by four core values: Ownership, Pride, Care and Respect, which shape every stage of the employee experience. We have invested heavily in professional development through dedicated self-development days, funded training and clearer career pathways, alongside strengthening our continuous performance and feedback approach.
Employee wellbeing remains a priority, with enhanced healthcare, income protection and accessible support through a dedicated benefits platform. We have also improved communication through our BambooHR Employee Community, enabling stronger connection and engagement across the business.
By listening to our people and investing in their growth, wellbeing and success, we continue to create an environment where individuals feel valued, supported and empowered to thrive.
Findel Education
At Findel, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We strive to create an inclusive, supportive and energising workplace where colleagues feel valued, empowered and able to thrive. Our Great Place to Work results reflect this, with a 77% Trust Index® and 80% Perception score, alongside our repeat recognition as one of the UK’s Top 100 Large Companies to Work For.
Colleague development is a core priority, supported through our Findel Development Hub, a central ecosystem offering accessible learning tools, professional pathways and leadership insight. Resources such as U’Learn, iHasco, T2 Hub, our Development Guide and PRINT psychometrics enable colleagues to grow skills, reflect on behaviours and build long term careers.
Wellbeing is deeply embedded in our culture, through hybrid working, refurbished collaborative workspaces, outdoor areas and proactive support including mental health initiatives, annual health checks and 24/7 access to Help@hand.
We celebrate contributions through varied recognition programmes and celebrate long service awards, ensuring colleagues feel appreciated and seen.
Purpose is central to life at Findel. We encourage regular colleague volunteering and bring our impact to life through the Findel Foundation, which provides meaningful support to children and young people and inspires pride across our organisation.
