Each GPC has a character linked to it, including digraphs and trigraphs, as well as having their own supporting stories, associated actions, letter formation rhymes and song.
Based on the latest research and advice for quality first teaching, Phonics Shed lessons are accessible and meet the needs of all learners in the classroom. The multi-sensory approach, with songs and actions to accompany each grapheme-phoneme correspondence, ensures lessons are fun and learners are engaged and motivated.
