TTS

The TTS Developed Therapeutic Wellbeing Toolbox stands as a pioneering resource in supporting children’s mental health and supporting SEN children with self-regulation. The Toolbox, which offers more than 180 therapeutic strategies designed to enhance children’s wellbeing and self-regulation skills, was co-created with Dr. Tina Rae, a child psychologist with over 30 years of experience, and her input to help design and develop the Toolbox was invaluable.

The Toolbox supports six key areas: Building Confidence and Self-Esteem, Effective Thinking, Mindfulness, Positive Psychology Tools, Anxiety Management, and Anger and Stress Management. Each section comprises 30 targeted activities, providing a structured yet flexible approach to nurturing emotional development.

The toolbox aligns with the school curriculum by addressing essential aspects of Social and Emotional Learning. The activities are designed to be delivered by teachers, teaching assistants, and Special Educational Needs Coordinators without the need for specialist training. This ensures that the interventions can be integrated into daily classroom routines, supporting the curriculum’s emphasis on holistic child development.
