School and Supplier Collaboration
Concero Education Technology

Concero Education Technology partnered with Crowcroft Park Primary School in Manchester to transform their IT infrastructure. The school was facing challenges with outdated equipment and inefficient systems, which led them to seek a more secure, reliable, and flexible solution. Concero’s approach began with migrating the school’s systems to a fully cloud-based solution using Microsoft 365, ensuring compliance with DfE standards.
We helped the school replace its server-based infrastructure and provided new devices through a cost-effective leasing scheme, improving staff productivity and offering flexibility to work from anywhere. Additionally, Concero upgraded the school’s broadband, implementing a secure, high-speed connection with a backup line, further enhancing its IT systems.
The partnership has had a significant positive impact, enabling the school to reduce costs while improving operational efficiency. Juliet Francis, the Headteacher, commended Concero for their professionalism and support throughout the process. The school is now equipped with a robust, future-proof IT environment, empowering staff and providing an enhanced learning experience for students. Concero continues to work alongside the school, supporting their digital vision and future development.
Hemisphere Education – Rare Recruitment

Heartlands has used Hemisphere’s digital platform to transform school culture. Within 12 months of introducing Hemisphere, Heartlands have seen tangible results: a 14% reduction in suspensions for students from black backgrounds, a 4% increase in attendance, an 11% increase in students survey completions and 60% of student prefects recruited from minority groups, up from 30% the previous year. Additionally, 17% of staff are now of Black heritage (up from 16.4%), compared to the national average of 3.7%.
The results speak for themselves. Staff report greater confidence in addressing race-related challenges, restorative justice practices have been enhanced through Hemisphere’s digital tools, and students feel safe and that their cultures are celebrated.
Beyond Heartlands, this initiative has inspired a wider movement. Heartlands were an early adopter of Hemisphere and advocated for a partnership with the Haringey Education Partnership (HEP). Now, Hemisphere is available to 100+ HEP schools at a significantly reduced cost, ensuring financial accessibility and borough-wide impact. This is enabling this digital tool to not only improve Heartlands’ school culture but also shape a more equitable education system.
This submission represents a pioneering approach to inclusion, proving that technology-driven racial literacy training can create lasting, systemic change in schools.
Literacy Tree

In 2024, Literacy Tree’s dynamic collaboration with An Daras Trust introduced both cutting-edge literacy resources and online platform that revolutionised teaching and learning outcomes. The collaboration supports the Trust’s mission of “Growing Curiosity and Growing Capabilities” by integrating digital tools that enhance teaching and improve efficiency.
At the heart of this partnership is the Literacy Tree platform, which provides teachers with digital planning resources, live in-app planning, editable curriculum maps, RATE digital assessment tools, and real-time progress tracking, making it easier to personalise learning and adapt to children’s needs. In St Stephens Community Academy, the platform has facilitated seamless lesson planning and adapted teaching, while at Boyton Primary, it has enabled mixed-age teaching.
This integration of our platform has both improved literacy outcomes across the Trust and bolstered teacher confidence, increased student engagement, and allowed for greater collaboration and moderation across schools. Today, An Daras is a Literacy Tree Flagship Trust.
Picture News

Picture News is a weekly resource helping primary schools teach children current affairs, to transform their global awareness and critical thinking. The resources get children talking about what’s happening in the world through images and a leading question, from explaining Amazon’s robot workers, to the Lionesses’ football achievements. By exploring topical issues and current affairs each week, pupils interacting with Picture News resources can become well-rounded, compassionate citizens who are aware of the world around them. St Nicholas CE Primary Academy is a Picture News Partner School, and has featured on Picture News live assemblies and training, reaching audiences of over half a million. Picture News has worked closely with St Nicholas CE Primary Academy, supporting pupils to thrive in today’s world, become informed about global events, live out their potential and make a positive difference.
SAM Learning

Leigh Academies Trust, a leading multi-academy trust in Kent, Medway, and South East London, needed a seamless way to integrate Question Level Analysis (QLA) data into their systems. Managing this internally would have been too resource-intensive, so they partnered with SAM Learning to innovate a bespoke solution.
Recognising the importance of this initiative, SAM Learning recognised the importance of this initiative and agreed to innovate and collaborate, commencing the project to ensure a bespoke, tailored and effective resolution for the entire Trust’s module assessment data integration and analysis challenges. A collaborative approach ensured the solution aligned with trust-wide objectives.
The result was an innovative system that seamlessly integrates live QLA assessment data for analysis across all schools. Piloted in three secondary schools, the initiative successfully processed QLA data for up to 18,500 students. This streamlined workflow has enhanced data-driven teaching, enabling educators to identify learning gaps and improve student outcomes efficiently.
Following this success, discussions are now underway to automate gap-filling processes, leveraging SAM Learning’s resources to support teachers with marking, insights, and intervention. This partnership has not only solved a critical challenge for Leigh Academies Trust but also set the stage for future innovations in data-driven education.
The Happy Confident Company

The partnership between Kolej Tuanku Ja’afar (KTJ) and The Happy Confident Company represents a pioneering collaboration in social-emotional learning (SEL). By integrating The Happy Confident Schools Program, KTJ is embedding emotional intelligence into everyday education. This neuroscience-backed, time-efficient approach enhances student well-being while supporting educators.

FEELIT® helps students recognise and regulate emotions, while the Life Skills program builds resilience, optimism, and empathy. The plug-and-play nature of the program ensures seamless adoption with minimal teacher training.
The impact has been profound:
84% of students reported better self-awareness within 8 weeks.
87% showed increased kindness and 73% felt happier.
Teachers reported less time spent on behavioural management and improved student-teacher relationships.
Beyond academics, KTJ’s commitment to SEL has transformed school culture, strengthening student resilience, fostering a supportive environment, and even enhancing parent engagement. This collaboration serves as a global model, proving that prioritising emotional intelligence creates confident, well-rounded learners prepared for life’s challenges.
